The principle of pneumatic membrane
The pneumatic membrane building is a new form of architecture. It is based on concrete, with a high-strength membrane as its shell and air as its support. It can easily cover large-span areas without any internal frameworks or beams. The pneumatic membrane building mainly consists of the membrane body, PLC control system, mechanical system and other supporting facilities.
The intelligent control system mainly comprises a PLC control cabinet, which can achieve full-time intelligent control of the pneumatic membrane building. The control modes are divided into automatic mode, manual mode and remote mode. This control system can select the optimal operating frequency of the variable-frequency fan based on the indoor and outdoor air pressure difference, indoor and outdoor temperature, wind speed and other factors measured by sensors, and adjust the air pressure in real time to maintain the air pressure difference of the pneumatic membrane building within the set range of 200-500pa. When there is a power outage, the emergency door is opened, the inverter fails, the sensor malfunctions, or the indoor and outdoor air pressure difference is too low or too high, the control system will automatically generate alarm information.
