All air dome building products of Xinyuan Air Dome are equipped with a backup power supply, that is a generator set. When there is a sudden power outage and the fan loses power, it will automatically switch to the generator through the ATS system. Generally, the backup power supply can be started within 20 seconds to ensure that the air dome venue can still operate normally during a power outage. When the city power is restored, the generator will automatically shut down and switch back to the city power.
In addition, the air-supported building itself has good air tightness. If the city power and backup power supply are cut off at the same time, the check valve installed at the fan inlet can also reduce the leakage of the air-supported building. Even if the air membrane really collapses, it will not happen in an instant. The membrane of the air-supported building is very light and the falling speed is slow. And as the membrane continues to descend, the falling speed will become slower and slower, ensuring that the personnel on the site have enough time to evacuate and take emergency measures.
