The air membrane shelter laboratory is a mobile laboratory developed to improve the efficiency of nucleic acid detection, which is composed of sample receiving area, reagent preparation area and amplification analysis area. so what steps do you need to take from the time the nucleic acid sample is sent to the air membrane shelter laboratory to the result?

First of all, the staff will send the nucleic acid samples from each nucleic acid detection point to the sample receiving area. the laboratory personnel will check the samples, after receiving the samples, and then typeset, enter the system and number them.
The inspected and recorded samples are sent to the reagent preparation area for testing through the delivery window, which is equipped with an automated nucleic acid extractor to form nucleic acids by extraction.
After the extracted sample is sent to the amplification analysis area through the delivery window, nucleic acid amplification is performed in the area, and the result is judged to be negative or positive, and finally uploaded to the system.
In this way, the process of receiving samples, testing samples and issuing results is completed.
