First of all, the membrane used in the air membrane coal shed is made of high-strength construction membrane, which belongs to B1 grade flame-retardant material and conforms to the national fire safety standard. This kind of material will not burn without open flame, even if it encounters open flame, it will not produce melting and dripping phenomenon when it burns, once it leaves the fire source, it will stop burning immediately. Even if there are special circumstances that cause the air membrane to be burned through a large area, we can also ensure that the membrane will land 3 meters from the ground in more than 30 minutes, ensuring that there is enough time for people to evacuate.

In addition to the membrane itself being difficult to burn, we have also designed a smoke evacuation device at the top of the air membrane. The air outlets of the mechanical unit of the air membrane, if arranged as required, can stop the smoke from falling when the membrane material is burning. In addition, due to the positive pressure environment inside the air membrane structure, when there is a hole in the membrane, the smoke will be quickly squeezed to the hole and discharged to the outside.

When the concentration of dust, smoke, gas and other toxic and harmful gases inside the air-film coal shed exceeds the standard, the alarm system will send out a signal at the first time and link with the discharge device for discharge treatment. When there is a fire, the alarm system will also send out an alarm and start the fire cannons to spray water to extinguish the fire, and at the same time open the smoke exhaust device to exhaust the smoke, and the evacuation indicator light flashes to guide the indoor personnel to evacuate safely and quickly.
