But in the actual operation process, what are the specific maintenance contents? Is the maintenance process complicated? How should the maintenance cycle be arranged?

The maintenance cycle of inflatable membrane structure can be divided into four dimensions: daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance and annual maintenance. Daily maintenance mainly includes air pressure check, temperature setting in heating season, snow condition in winter, power consumption record, weather condition record, lighting system status and membrane structure body (including membrane surface, access control, anchoring, etc.) check.

 

 

Weekly maintenance, on the premise of completing daily maintenance, mainly includes access control system, anchoring system, air pressure and wind speed monitoring, inflatable equipment, and control system backup power supply.

Monthly maintenance and annual maintenance are on the premise of completing weekly maintenance, both of which mainly include checking of inflatable equipment, standby power supply and control system.

Beijing Xinyuan Air Dome has organized the specific maintenance contents of air membrane building:

1, Ensure the normal operation of inflatable equipment. The performance of motor, fan motor, fan and accessories is intact; the equipment chassis should be ensured to be airtight; there should be no blockage at the entrance of fresh air.

2, Ensure that the electronic components of the control system are normal and undamaged, and the chassis and temperature control status are normal; regularly carry out testing and calibration of key instruments and meters to ensure that the differential pressure transmitter, anemometer and other sensing instruments and meters are normal and undamaged, the pressure transmission pipeline is not clogged, and the frequency converter and the various alarm devices and other functionality is intact.

3, To ensure that there is enough fuel reserves, storage battery can work normally, to ensure that the backup power supply in the case of power failure can automatically start.

4, Foundation anchoring all foundation anchors should be firm and reliable, adjusted as needed, and repaired in time to ensure the sealing of the air membrane structure.

5, The membrane material should be repaired in time when it is found to be damaged.

6, The membrane surface does not necessarily need to be cleaned, if necessary cleaning work should be carried out in accordance with the operation manual. Cleaning personnel must wear soft-soled shoes and use safety ropes and other safety measures when walking on the membrane surface, and must not use scrubbers, strong solvents, hard brushes and high-pressure water guns to ensure that they do not damage the surface coating of the membrane material.

7, To ensure that the cable network, locks in the correct position, there is no rust corrosion, deformation and so on.

8, To ensure that the connection nodes connected to the normal state, fasteners without obvious slack, no excessive air leakage at the connection.

9, Keep all the air supply and return ducts dry and smooth, and ensure that the waterproofing and thermal insulation layer in the ducts have no large areas to fall off.

10, Ensure that all door bodies can operate normally, and there is no obvious abnormal air leakage at each access door.

11, In addition to the regular foundation anchoring, access control system and connection points, make sure that there is no obvious abnormal air leakage at all parts of the inflatable membrane structure.
