Inflatable equipment should be able to automatically provide sufficient inflatable volume to maintain air pressure, taking into account the initial inflation, normal replenishment (including air-conditioning season, the transition season on the different requirements of the fresh air volume) and other conditions on the air volume, air pressure requirements, and at the same time, check the membrane breakage in case of fire, the evacuation door open the membrane collapsed to the height of the time set to meet the requirements of evacuation, the inflatable system will be set up to back up the system and can be automatically switched!
The design of inflatable equipment needs to meet the following requirements:
1. All inflatable membrane structures must be equipped with at least one main fan and one standby fan, if one fan fails, the other fan must be able to start automatically.
2. All inflatable equipment must be equipped with adequate protection measures, such as the entrance needs to be equipped with filters, and if the form of belt transmission is used, belt protection is also required.
3. It is necessary to ensure that all inflatable equipment can work normally and continuously in all weather conditions.
4. At the air inlet of all fans, check valves should be installed to ensure that there is no air leakage when the fan is in a stopped state.
