For inflatable membrane structures, keeping the inflation pressure within the designed range is the key to maintaining the normal operation of the air membrane building. If the difference between the indoor and outdoor air pressure of an inflatable membrane building is abnormal, it will affect the stability of the inflatable membrane structure and make it insufficient to resist the damage caused by strong wind and heavy snow.
The inflatable pressure is closely related to the anchorage status of the foundation, fan equipment, control system, backup power supply and the inflatable membrane structure itself, so it is important to ensure that these equipments are always in normal operation during daily use and maintenance.
The second category is to ensure the air tightness of the inflatable membrane structure.
Inflatable membrane junction needs to always be in a relatively airtight state, so the entrance and exit system used are specially designed. Such as personnel in and out of the door is generally used rotary door or interlocking electric balance door, logistics door using interlocking industrial lifting door, fire emergency door is only for emergency escape channel use. In daily use, you need to check whether all these access control systems are in a normal state.
The third category is to ensure that the membrane body is not destroyed.
Because the membrane body is a flexible building, it will be displaced by swinging when encountering strong winds, and redistribute the loads acting on the structure through displacement. Therefore, the main body of the air membrane needs to maintain an appropriate safety distance from indoor and outdoor large-scale equipment and buildings to prevent the membrane from being damaged. Air membrane is afraid of sharp objects, so all equipments and objects with sharp edges inside the air membrane building should be protected and isolated with mats to avoid contacting and scratching the main body of the membrane structure.
