Hexi Nursing Home Foundation Pit Air Dome Project

During the project, leaders from the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA) Management Committee visited the new institutional elder care facility project site at Plot X31 in Beijing's Hexi District for a survey and research tour. After the visit, during a symposium, Xinyuan Air Dome's business manager reported to the BDA leaders and the construction unit's principle on the usage and effectiveness of the foundation pit air dome.
Since its implementation, dust at the construction site has significantly decreased, improving ambient air quality. Noise pollution has also been reduced, leading to fewer resident complaints. During previous snowfall events, construction inside the air dome proceeded normally, ensuring the project stayed on schedule. This effectively demonstrated that environmental protection and construction progress can both be achieved.
The BDA leaders acknowledged the application of the foundation pit air dome in the project, emphasizing that the new institutional elder care facility project at Plot X31 is a key livelihood project for the BDA, holding significant importance for improving regional social welfare. The application of the foundation pit air dome has provided strong support for the project's construction and offers valuable experience for other BDA construction projects in green construction practices.
