The Tsinghua University High School Swimming Pool Excavation Pit Air-Supported Structure Project is situated in the southern part of the sports field to the east of Tsinghua University High School in Haidian District, Beijing. Given the large number of students and staff on campus, the surrounding environment is sensitive, and environmental and safety requirements are stringent.
This excavation pit air-supported structure project covers an area of approximately 6,900 square metres, It has been meticulously tailored to the specific construction conditions of the Tsinghua University Affiliated High School campus, fully adapting to the dimensions, excavation depth and construction requirements of the swimming pool project’s excavation pit. This has resulted in a ‘fully enclosed, intelligent and highly efficient’ temporary protection system that not only addresses the common issues of dust and noise pollution associated with traditional excavation works, but also ensures that construction is not disrupted by adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, it ensures both the safety and compliance of construction activities within the school grounds, fully meeting the requirements for green construction and the creation of a model construction site.
