It took Xinyuan Qimo company three days to successfully build, install and commissioning a five-cabin air membrane capsule laboratory, which is located in Lingbi County, Anhui Province,China, and consists of two product amplification areas, two sample preparation areas and one reagent preparation area. Each area is an independent tank, which can be split between each tank, so as to facilitate transportation and operation.
The air membrane shelter laboratory is an integrated laboratory specially used for the detection of various infectious viruses. It has the advantages of quick disassembly, flexibility, rapid response and mobility.The air membrane shelter mostly adopts the air ribbed membrane structure.The membrane material with excellent air tightness is cut and welded to form a connected air rib tube. The air membrane is charged and pressurized by an air pump to maintain a certain stiffness of the air membrane structure.The air membrane laboratory is formed by the air rib shell with air supply and exhaust system, lighting system, automatic control system and laboratory equipment testing equipment.
